Rammed Earth Construction - How to Build with Rammed Earth. We are progressing well on our Rammed Earth Year-Round Greenhouse build. Climate Battery components have been installed and we are now backfilling with sand & fill from the original excavation. We are building what we hope to work as a Heat Sink, or GHAT (ground air heat transfer) system. We are also starting our gardening early this year... watch our almost fail at getting our percolating compost out from the piles!
