Montecristo Supremos Robusto - Cuban Cigar Montecristo Limited Edition cigars have historically been a huge success within the cigar community. The most recent one prior to the Supremos was the slender and rich Dantes from 2016. The factory size is called “Montesco”. About a dozen cigars are this size, notably the best-selling Romeo Y Julieta Wide Churchills, and the Hoyo De Monterrey 2013 Grand Epicure Limited Edition. The Supremos is the fourth cigar from the Montecristo portfolio that bears the heavy 55 ring gauge. The others, in order of release were; Maravillas No. 1 from the 2005 Colleccion Habanos book, the very popular 2012 Limited Edition “520”, the 80th Anniversario, and most recently the Leyanda from the 1935 Linea.
