RUMPUS is a kids family rock band playing live classic rock music and original songs! Symphony of Destruction is a heavy metal classic from Megadeth's 1992 album called 'Countdown to Extinction'. It chugs along and it's not too heavy at all by modern standards :) There's a challenging guitar solo for Dan to get his teeth into. Hopefully you can hear a difference in the recording quality? We've upgraded our mixer to a Behringer X18 which is wireless for live shows, but also gives us 18 track multi track recording! This is fantastic and now our videos are so much easier to record!! We are brothers and sisters from Auckland in New Zealand. We like to learn and perform new songs together and play modern music and classic rock songs. We also write our own original songs too. We like to play live if we can - but also enjoying sharing our music online. We practice up in our rumpus room so we called our band ‘RUMPUS’ which we think is quite fitting! We like to learn the new songs and polish them up as much as we can before we decide they’re ready to video and share. It’s gives us something to aim for and it’s also good to have for the future. Ashley on drums and Hannah on the bass are twins and 12 years old. Matthew on guitar is 13 and Daniel on guitar and lead vocals is 15.
