In this lunchtime session, I demonstrate a powerful new workflow for improving documentation using AI agents working in parallel. I'm using Claude Code with the new Opus 4.5 model to deeply analyse my project's documentation site and create a comprehensive improvement plan- complete with GitHub project boards, milestones, and parallelisable work streams. The key insight? Git worktrees. This often-overlooked Git feature lets you check out multiple branches simultaneously, enabling multiple AI agents to work on different documentation tasks at the same time without stepping on each other's toes. In this video: Using Claude Code's "Ultra Think" plan mode for deep analysis Creating structured GitHub project boards with milestones Designing work streams that can run in parallel (6-7 agents at once!) Why continuous integration isn't what most people think it is Setting up guardrails so agents wait for human PR approval Separating "ready to ship" docs work from roadmap items needing new examples This workflow has completely changed how I approach large documentation overhauls—what used to take days now happens in parallel while I grab lunch. Tool shown: Scenarist (behaviour-driven testing framework): https://scenarist.io Scenarist is technically published and available to be used today, but I'm still ironing out some kinks and actively improving the API and docs. I'll have a series of videos showing what it can do in some detail soon! Github link: https://github.com/citypaul/scenarist
