Please do share your feedback after trying our recipe in the comment box. #SeafoodRecipe #PrawnRecipes #EasyPrawnRecipes Prawn Pepper Fry Recipe Dry Roast and Grind: Cumin Seeds - ½ tsp Coriander Seeds - ½ tsp Black Peppercorns - 1 ½ tsp Fennel Seeds - ¼ tsp Other Ingredients: Prawns (deshelled and deveined) - 250 grams Small Onion (shallots) - 10 nos Curry Leaves - 10 nos Garlic - 5 Cloves Ginger - ½ inch Coconut Oil - 2 tbsp Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp Garam Masala - ¼ tsp Red chilli powder - ½ tsp Salt - ½ tsp Cooking Instructions: Cook the prawns until it is half cooked on a pan with turmeric powder and 1 tbsp of coconut oil Dry roast and grind into a fine powder, the ingredients under dry roast and grind. In a pan add 1 tbsp of coconut oil. Add shallots and finely chopped ginger and garlic. Cook until everything turns golden brown. Add the half-cooked prawns, toss in the ground spices, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, curry leaves and mix well until raw smell from Masala has gone. Serve hot as an appetizer.
