It is suspected to be Russell-Silver syndrome which is diagnosed in an estimated 1 in 100,000 births. At this point, he will be clinically diagnosed only since his entire exome was sequenced revealing no identifiable genetic mutation. February 29, 2016 will mark the ninth international Rare Disease Day coordinated by EURORDIS. On and around this day hundreds of patient organisations from more than 80 countries and regions worldwide are planning awareness-raising activities around the slogan Day-by-day, hand-in-hand. http://www.rarediseaseday.org/ The purpose of this video is the raise awareness for rare diseases.
