Experience the sounds of wild birds in early summer in the Pacific Northwest. Recorded in Vancouver, WA in June 2019, this video offers a retreat from city noise with over half an hour of unfiltered, soothing bird songs. Sound Therapy is a concept promoted by audiology expert, Julian Treasure which advances the understanding that sounds of nature including bird-calls, have positive cognitive impact and can therapeutic to hearing. Listen during quiet time and may help soothe children at bedtime and nap time. Although I do not yet have the skill to identify birds by their bird-call, well, I believe that some of the calls captured include Chickadee, Warbler, Wren, Lark, Finch, Robin, and Hummingbird.
