MACROS WITHOUT PECANS: Calories: 150 Carbs: 57g Fat: 4g Protein: 13g MACROS WITH PECANS: Calories: 300 Carbs: 60g Fat: 19g Protein: 15g INGREDIENTS: 1 Cup / 250g Fairlife 2% Milk 8.5g Vanilla Jello Sugar Free Pudding Mix 3 tbsp / 45g Monfruit sweetener or sweetener of your choice 1 pinch / 0.4g of salt 5g Bakto Natural Butter Pecan Flavor 21g Finely Chopped Pecans (optional) RECIPE: Add all ingredients to a blender cup.
