Second Cluster "Ensuring justice at the national and international level for survivors of CRSV" on the International conference "Restoration of the Conflict-related Sexual Violence Survivors' Rights: an element of peace and world security" in Kyiv on March 4-5, 2024. Objective: ● to discuss addressing war crimes cases, including CRSV, from the perspective of international and hybrid courts; ● to consider the practice of ensuring justice at the international level and in different jurisdictions; ● to discuss Ukraine's experience in ensuring justice for survivors of the CRSV; ● to analyze the challenges of national and international jurisdictions in ensuring justice; ● to define the role of civil society organisations in ensuring access to justice for survivors of CRSV.
