Even the instruments added in when near danger are simply a set of conga drum ostinatos as opposed to harsher percussion tracks which would become the norm in later games. The audio used is not from the CD release of the soundtrack, Pikmin World, but rather the audio used in-game, as the CD release had some small differences.
