The road leading to Gongoni is good and one can easily drive to the location. It's a drive of 04:00 hours and as you drive through Highways ample place to take halts and enjoy snacks and tea. One can reach via train to, need s to get down a t Garhbeta station and can take an Auto from the station to reach the destination. One should enjoy the Sun set and the Sun rise. One can enjoy the beauty of the nature, on the both side of the roads its surrounded by Nut trees , Arjun Trees and few Shaal trees. The leaves of the trees are partly orange and partly green.Once you reach the top will see the stretch of the "Grand Canyon of West Bengal", of various shapes and sizes. I would suggest everyone should for once visit this place. The best part of the route is the drive within the Arabari forest range and Shalboni forest range. One should also visit "Sarba Mangala" Temple. CONS - Can't find a good place to stay, where I have halted (Star Guest House) was HORRIBLE, clumsy - untidy and terrific bad guest house.
