Leaving Whole Foods, I walked the street route Google Maps laid out for me, heading east away from the modern glass of Harbor East. I walked down Aliceanna Street, which serves as the main artery connecting the new development to the old city. My video captures the transition from the brick storefronts of Harbor East to the more rugged, historic feel of Fells Point. As I crossed S. President Street and continued along Aliceanna, the modern architecture slowly faded, replaced by the red brick and low-rise buildings that define this side of town. I finally made a right on Fell Street, walking the last few blocks as the street narrowed and the harbor breeze picked up, leading me right back to the quiet, brick-lined entrance of the Inn at Henderson’s Wharf.
