International Women and Girls in Science at the U

On International Women and Girls in Science Day, we recognize the critical role women and girls play in science, innovation and technology. According to the National Science Foundation, women are an underrepresented group in science - representing only 29% of all STEM careers despite comprising 50% of the workforce. Here at the College of A&S, we appreciate and respect the women who play critical roles in answering questions, generating solutions and for their undeniable knowledge that shapes the world.
