Let's experience Swiss hiking and see Zurich from above on this hike from Felsenegg to Uetliberg. It's the perfect hike if you are in town for a few days, but also want to experience a little bit of nature, see Zurich from above and, of course, see Uetliberg, one of the top attractions! See more pictures from this hike on my Instagram page: @annas_exciting_adventures Infopoint: About the hike: 5,5 km long, climbing about 377m and going down about 305m (easy to moderate hike). Unlit, so go during the day or bring lights. I did it once in April and once in September, but it should be fine all year round. Might get muddy and slippery while raining. Family friendly! How to get there: Take any S-bahn that takes you from Zurich HB (main train station) to Adliswil. It takes about 15 min. Follow the signs from Adliswil train station to the Felsenegg cable car. It's about 10 min on foot. Take the Felsenegg cable car and reach Felsenegg. Hike from Felsenegg to Uetliberg. The way is marked, but there are some unmarked crossroads in one or two places. In that case both ways go to Uetliberg, so don't worry. What you need: Hiking boots are recommended, but some good sneakers should also do the job. Just make sure they are comfortable. Dress according to the weather, but consider that there are some exposed parts where you might need sunglasses or a cap, but also some parts through the woods, in the shadow where you might get a bit chilly. Bring a water bottle. There are a few places where you can fill it on the way. #switzerlandvillage #switzerlandtravelvlog #hikingadventures #uetliberg
