I don't normally try and set fastest laps! Qualifying has always been my weakness but I couldn't resist entering the McLaren Shadow competition. In this, the first round, the aim is to set the fastest possible laptime around the Silverstone circuit using the McLaren MP4-8 car. I'd already tried to record a video but the footage glitched and was unusable, however my time still counted towards the leaderboard. Now, instead of just trying to see what time we could do, I had to try and beat my previous best which was already pushing the limits! I'd also like to say a big THANKS!
