Although weightlifting, taekwondo, and boxing have always been a part of my life, on and off, I was not at all disciplined when it came to dieting. Although, I did give up pork, chicken, and beef in 2016, I still had one more obstacle: cut down on sugar, as much as possible. After doing so, I've lost a lot of weight. The reason why I wasn't hitting the bag with much force is because it finally gave out after 5 years of abuse, a few days ago. I just wanted to make a short video about one of my routines that I do throughout the week for a co-worker. I had also worked out before I did this short video, which is why I was so exhausted. I'm going to keep this bag, maybe just order some rubber glue, but order me an updated bag, and put this one in the corner. Anyways, I hope you like this short video. Thanks for watching.
