The SBI v3.0 specification introduces new extensions that enable enterprise-grade Reliability, Availability, and Serviceability (RAS), native debugging, fine-grained kernel profiling, and the controlled deployment of critical security protections. We will also explore how SBI v3.0 specification looks beyond CPU-centric features, with the SBI MPXY extension which provides a protocol-agnostic mechanism to communicate with other entities in the system.
