My wife prepared delicious Gobhi Parathas on the tandoor, and we enjoyed them with the kids. ​The highlight of the day was seeing the village kids bring the Holi spirit to our doorstep and meeting my friends on the road—they had decorated their white car with colorful handprints, and it looked stunning!
