Versak Bridge is one of the most beautiful and famous historical bridges of Iran and one of the country's engineering masterpieces, the purpose of its construction was to transport trains to the north of the country. This bridge was built in a period of two years, and its construction lasted from November 1313 to May 1315, and it was finally registered in the national register in 1356. This bridge, which is located on the route of the Tehran-North railway, played an important role in the fate of World War II, and if it did not exist, the war would have had a different outcome. Churchill referred to this bridge as the Victory Bridge. In other words, if this bridge did not exist, the map of the world could be different... Today, this bridge is only used for the passage of Tehran-Gorgan, Tehran-Sari passenger trains and fuel and cargo trains. Veresk Bridge was built at an altitude of 2,140 meters above sea level; So that its height reaches 110 meters from the bottom of the valley, and because of this height, it has been recorded in the Guinness Book of Records. When Veresk Bridge was built, it was guaranteed that it would last for 70 years; Although more than eighty years have passed since then, it still stands majestically above a deep valley and shows off the knowledge, commitment and ingenuity of its builders. پل ورسک از زیباترین و مشهورترین پل‌های تاریخی ایران و از شاهکارهای مهندسی کشور محسوب می‌شود که هدف از ساخت آن، تردد قطار به‌سمت شمال کشور بوده است. این پل در مدت‌زمان دو سال ساخته شد و کار ساخت آن از آبان سال ۱۳۱۳ تا اردیبهشت ۱۳۱۵ به طول انجامید و سرانجام در سال ۱۳۵۶ به ثبت ملی رسید. این پل که در مسیر راه‌آهن سراسری تهران-شمال قرار دارد، نقش مهمی در سرنوشت جنگ جهانی دوم داشته است و اگر وجود نداشت، نتیجه دیگری برای جنگ رقم می‌خورد. چرچیل از این پل به عنوان پل پیروزی یاد می کند. به عبارتی اگر این پل وجود نداشت نقشه جهان می توانست طور دیگری باشد ... این پل در سال ۱۳۱۵ افتتاح شد. امروزه از این پل تنها برای عبور قطارهای مسافربری تهران-گرگان، تهران-ساری و قطارهای سوختی و باری استفاده می‌شود. پل ورسک در ارتفاع ۲,۱۴۰ متری بالاتر از سطح دریا ساخته شد؛ به‌طوری که ارتفاعش از ته دره به ۱۱۰ متر می‌رسد و به‌دلیل همین ارتفاع در کتاب رکورد‌های گینس هم ثبت شده است. هنگام ساخت پل ورسک این تضمین داده شد که برای ۷۰ سال پابرجا خواهد بود؛ هرچند با گذشت بیش از هشتاد سال از آن روزگار، هنوز هم مقتدرانه بر فراز دره‌ای عمیق ایستاده است و دانش و تعهد و نبوغ سازندگان خود را به رخ می‌کشد. *********************************************************************** If you enjoy these videos and want more, please subscribe to my channel via :    / @iranwonders20   I upload videos regularly.
