Perifit Kegel trainer app gameplay! This video is of the *Pipes Perifit video game, with the training program set to "intimate wellbeing" level 1. I was previously at level 10 but haven't being keeping up with my Perifit kegels since last January, so time to restart! Player/user is a 34 year old woman who's never given birth vaginally and does not currently experience any incontinence issues. This game is probably one of the most deceptively difficult. It's a lot of relaxing, which lulls you into a false sense of "oh, this is easy!" and then suddenly you're running into pipes left and right.
