McAlberts filed a new motion or?

Last night I was asked if I’d seen this “new motion” the McAlberts supposedly filed… and now that I’ve gone through it, I’m not sure what to make of it. Twittwat is passing it around, but it’s not showing up on the docket yet, my mods haven’t been able to locate it, and it doesn’t have the usual clerk stamps we’re used to seeing. So now I’m wondering… what exactly is this? Is it a real filing that just hasn’t hit the system? Is it tied to a motion from Read we’ve never seen? Or is something else going on here?
