Today’s project was a massive undertaking. I met a young family who were facing a stressful rental inspection and were genuinely worried they would fail. After walking the property and providing an estimate, I could see they were overwhelmed, so I decided to do a "good deed" deal to get them back on track. This 10-hour transformation was a total marathon. I handled a full front-yard cleanup, high-pressure power washing, and hauled away nearly 1 ton of green waste across two trips to the landfill.
