Ingredients: 1 cup of Sugar 2 large Eggs (or Egg Replacer/Flax Seed*) 1/3 cup of Vegetable Oil (or melted coconut oil) 3/4 cups of Unbleached Flour ( or Gluten-Free Flour) 1/4 Dutch-Processed Cocoa Powder 1 tsp of Instant Espresso Powder (Optional) 1 tsp of Vanilla (optional) *You'll need one tablespoon of flax seeds and three tablespoons of water to replace one egg.
