3-D printed pipe organ getting better !

This second prototype of a 3-D printed pipe organ uses a sticker action rather than a tracker action, which massively improves the leakage problem from the first design, allowing it to reach the intended pressure. Most of the leakage is now coming from the stop mechanism, rather than the case. I reused the same pipes, but all the other components are new. I also rebuilt the bellows, using the same cardboard pieces and lots more Tuck tape. It doesn’t leak or make Whoopie cushion noises anymore, but it’s still pretty noisy. I am also working on a 3-D printed bellows.
