Among the headliners are Kalya Scintilla, Eat Static, Sonic Species and Electrypnose. The Alternative Stage is a real melting pot of emotions with bass, dub, glitch, techno, breakbeat, world music and jazz. WAO Festival helps protect environment For sure, WAO festival is much more than a Psytrance party: its Healing Area, Sacred Space and Cultural Space offer a variety of workshops. In general, WAO Festival wants to spread environmental awareness and let their participants feel that they are part of the natural environment hosting them. “Last year we won the tender for the management of the park where the festival takes place for 12 years. We are actively working on the land, organizing cultural events and workshops all year round. Our aim is to create the first Eco-Architecture park in Italy“, the organizers explain.
