Energy prices climbed yet again after Israel's strike on Iran's South Pars field was met with tit-for-tat retaliation by Iran on Qatar's Ras Laffan facility,  Saudi Arabia's SAMREF refinery and Israel's Bazan oil refinery. After reportedly initially approving Israel's strike on South Pars, US President Trump later distanced himself from the attack, saying it would not happen again unless Iran acted first.
