In this week’s video, I head out early to experience the beauty of summer morning light in nature. With my macro lens in hand, I photograph tiny hidden moments — a small creature tucked in the grass, light dancing on the edge of a pond, and delicate plants glowing in the early light. There’s something magical about waking up early: the peaceful stillness, the sound of birdsong, and the soft golden light that gently reveals the world. As I move through the landscape with my camera, I reflect on the quiet joy of being present and how nature photography helps calm the mind. In this video, I also share how photography can be a powerful tool for shifting our mental focus. After spending a restless night thinking, I found that simply being outside with my camera gave my mind a break — a reminder of how healing and grounding creative practices in nature can be. Whether you're drawn to macro nature photography, interested in mindful outdoor experiences, or just love the gentle light of early summer mornings, I hope this video brings you a sense of calm and inspiration. 📖 Download my eBook “Connecting with the Coast”: https://bit.ly/Coast-ebook Coastal Photography Retreats 🌊 https://bit.ly/Coastalretreats Immersive Photography Weekends 🌱 https://bit.ly/immersivephotoweekends Mentorship Programme 🖥️ https://bit.ly/MentoringwithKim Upcoming Events 📅 https://www.kimgrantphotography.co.uk... --------- 📰 Subscribe to my newsletter https://www.kimgrantphotography.co.uk... 📱 Follow me on Instagram / kimgrantphotography Wishing you a blessed and creative week ✨ #naturephotography #mentalhealth #mindfulphotography
