Blend it well. Then apply this mixture onto the chicken. Now heat oil and cook the chicken properly. Once the water becomes dry add macaroni, capsicums and green onions. Lastly add cream, mix well and serve hot. Open sandwich Ingredients: Mayonnaise ½ cup Black pepper ½ tsp Salt ½ tsp Sugar 1 tsp Olives 6 Green coriander 1 tbsp Boiled egg chopped 2 Method: In a bowl all ingredients mix .then spread on biscuits .finally sprinkling olives and green coriander and serve. Kofta Gravy Ingredients: Chicken kofta 1 packet Onion (grinded) 1 cup Yogurt 250 gm Red chili powder 2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Cumin (roasted) 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp Oil ½ cup Green chilies as required Fresh coriander for garnish Method: Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken kofta. Then remove and set aside. Now in the remaining oil add fenugreek seeds and fry well. Then add grinded onion and fry well. Now in a bowl add yogurt and all the spices. Mix well and add to the onion mixture. Then add 2 cups of water and kofta. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes. Now dish out and add green chilies. Lastly garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot.
