Green Olive Dip 1- 9 oz jar of green olives, diced 1- 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon olive brine from the jar Using a hand mixer, blend together softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic powder until well combined and no lumps are showing. Fold in cheddar cheese by hand. Chop olives into bite size pieces and add to mixture along with 1 tablespoon of the olive brine. Cover the dip and refrigerate for 30-minutes - 1 hour before serving. Enjoy with crackers, vegetables, on a bagel, or over grilled chicken as a topping. Store any remaining dip in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
