The Backway to Crown King was a fun adventure with my friend Tom in his Jeep Wrangler Rubicon EcoDiesel this thing is built to the max and it blew me away how nice it was and I was even more impressed with how it performed off-road. Tom and I grew up in AZ and it had been about 30 years since I took the Backway to Crown King. I also think it's been 30 years since the road had any maintenance it was rough, but Tom made it look easy climbing and crawling over the rough areas. We left on October 4th and returned on October 5th, 2023.
