Currently my weight has fluctuated between 225lbs and 230lbs. I haven't been consistent with my workouts the passed two months and it has made me sluggish and slow. Every video I upload means that I did a full workout before the fight, and keeping these videos coming every week shows my progress and persistence. I really want to keep doing this until I reach my goal at 200lbs-205lbs and then from there I'm going to gain as much muscle weight to reach 215lbs. I hope that you all are enjoying my journey and I hope these longer videos with the training segments don't feel like a waste of time.
