The total number of positive COVID-19 cases in India increased to 81 on Friday with new cases being reported in the country. The government has announced a slew of measures that are being taken to contain the coronavirus outbreak in India. Several states have ordered schools and colleges to remain shut to contain the viral infection. The 81 COVID-19 cases in India include 64 Indians, 16 Italians and one Canadian national, the government said.
