Making a good homemade jalapeno hot sauce is super easy to do. This recipe is perfectly geared towards getting smoked. I mean, just saying smoked jalapeno hot sauce brings a smile to my face! I used oak and apple wood pieces for smoke flavor and charcoal for the heat.
