Full month Make and Store for Kids Lunchbox - make and StoreMake and Store Steamed Chicken Salami (2 flavours) #fblifestyle #recipe #lunchboxideas #salami Steamed Chicken Salami 1 Ingredients • Boneless chicken 500 grams, cut into chunks • Bread slices 2 • Water 1/2 cup • Salt to taste • Black pepper to taste • Onion powder 1 tsp • Garlic powder 3/4 tsp • Oregano 1/2 tsp • Sesame seeds 2 tsp Coating • Paprika powder 2 tsp • Dried Rosemary (or oregano) 1/2 tsp Wrapping • Cling wrap • Aluminium Foil Steamed Chicken Salami 2 Ingredients • Boneless chicken 500 grams, cut into chunks • Bread slices 2 • Water 1/2 cup • Salt to taste • Chili flakes 1/2 tsp • Paprika powder 2 tsp • Onion powder 1 tsp • Garlic powder 3/4 tsp Coating • Black sesame seeds 2 tsp (or white sesame seeds) Wrapping • Cling wrap • Aluminium Foil Preparation 7. Add boneless chicken and all other ingredients to a chopper. Blend until you get a smooth chicken paste. 8. Lay a sheet of foil on your countertop, then place cling wrap over it. Sprinkle paprika and rosemary (salalmi 1) or sesame seeds (salami 2) on the cling wrap. Place the chicken paste on top and shape it into a thick roll as shown in the video. Wrap tightly in cling wrap, then cover with foil. Steam for 1.5 hours. 9. Note: Do not open the foil before the full 1.5 hours. 10. Once steamed, remove from the steamer and let it cool completely to room temperature. 11. Slice thickly and use for sandwiches. 12. Enjoy your homemade chicken salami slices!
