Usually, you see Lee and Aga here, smiling and sharing our life in Poland. Today, it is just me (Lee). And to be honest, I feel sick. We promised from day one that @LeeLearnsPolish would be unfiltered. We wouldn't just show the highlights; we would show the reality. The reality today is that moving abroad is hard. The pressure of a new language, new business, and being isolated from family has caused a major rift between Aga and me this week. In this raw and unedited video: I talk about the side of expat life that no one puts on Instagram. The isolation, the arguments, and the "January Blues." When you move to a country like Poland, the highs are high, but the lows can feel very lonely. We discuss: The Argument: Why language barriers and financial pressure cause friction in relationships. The "Gap" Method: How I mentally bridge the gap between where I am (unhappy) and where I want to be. The Reality Check: Why consistency is the only thing keeping me going right now. I also break down a mental model for solving life problems when you feel overwhelmed. To the community: If you have moved abroad, or if you work with your spouse, how do you handle the conflict? I am looking for genuine advice in the comments today.
