Over a year after uploading the Nocturne video people liked, I'm back to project new undiagnosed irregularities onto new JRPGs. Optimally I wanted to be uploading an SMT4 video right now, but due to delays (I'm slow, and also I got sick, and also I 'm slow) I'm uploading an /this game/ video. Kind of glad I dragged my feet for a few select bits though. The part at the beginning where I talk about spin offs felt kind of dated since pokemon: legends had just released and I think it had been a while since a non-persona SMT spin off had been made. It'd be really goofy to say what I said when, if anything, pokemon was now the one doing more spin offs (one instead of none). Then Soul Hackers 2 got announced and it looks neat and it's getting a steam release and I'm right again SMT does more spin offs, you can say the things I said without being wrong again. Other key part that benefited from being slow was the section with SMTV music. Two of those clips I used did not exist until right before I looked for them. The funniest one being "footage of X character audibly praising the chao garden in a different outfit than the one they wear in separate footage that already exists of them praising the chao garden for a juxtaposition" Manifesting right as I need it. 0:00 SMT vs Pokemon (re: Spin offs) 1:55 Rationale for playing this first instead of SMT IV 2:15 General game overview 2:59 Narrative / Plot 6:21 Did Devil Survivor predict the future (2020)? 8:08 VN/ Time management 11:18 Combat/ Mission structure 13:38 Roster management overview/ Demon talk 14:31 Auction house 15:16 Fusion/ skill management 17:15 Simplified strategic overview 18:25 Conclusion
