What started as a perfect day exploring Towneley Park quickly turned into a full blown vanlife reality check… We had an amazing walk around the park in Burnley, but when we got back to Sunny our Globecar Campscout campervan, everything started going wrong. • No lighter = no coffee ☕ • Unsure if overnight parking was allowed • Fresh water tank completely empty • Heating failure • Leisure batteries dangerously low With worries the van wouldn’t start in the morning, we made the tough decision to leave in the dark and head home. The next day we began troubleshooting the issues and making progress. This is real vanlife — learning as we go and refusing to let setbacks stop the adventure.
