Mr. Bilbo Baggins, a curious little hobbit who lived a comfortable life in his hobbit hole. Though claiming to be a respectable Baggins, the Took blood inside of him courses through his veins. A hobbit who went on an adventure when Gandalf the Grey paid him a visit. On a journey to reclaim Erebor, the lost home of the Dwarves. A company of 13 Dwarves, they needed a burglar to capture the Arkenstone from the dragon Smaug. Along the way, Bilbo finds his courage. Strength in him he knew not that he had. He claims a sword, naming it Sting. He plays riddles with a creature in the Goblin Tunnels, where he find a powerful Ring. The One Ring. And though he was an outcast among these warriors at first, he earns his place among them. But alas, as they go into Erebor, the sickness upon the gold and that runs in Thorin's family changes things. Bilbo does what he believes to be right, hoping for peace as Thorin threatens to rage war. The Battle Of Fire Armies happens anyway, despite Bilbo's courageous attempts for peace. Thorin, in his altered state of mind, believes Bilbo to have betrayed him, and attempts to kill him. And yet, Bilbo still fights for his friends. And Bilbo is there as Thorin dies from his fatal wounds during the Battle, at which time the Dwarf apologizes to his friend for his actions and words. Bilbo returns home after, carrying with him the One Ring, his sword, and the memories of his Journey. Mr. Baggins is changed. And the Journey will continue many years later with his cousin Frodo; and the real War for Middle Earth shall begin. Bilbo, a quiet little creature, finds his courage as he runs with the wolves.
