He arrives and downplays the entire situation. He makes it sound like the LT held his hand up and I went running into his hand. Without crime scene tape they cannot stop me from being on the sidewalk unless they detain, arrest, or put crime scene tape up. He tries his best to make it seem like I am lying to him even though there is video evidence. He again is trying to investigate a situation that outranks him despite it being a conflict of interest, to begin with. The system is beyond corrupt, deputies should not be investigating other deputies. Internal affairs are 99% of the time a joke.
