In advanced spirituality, we are no longer looking for hope, and we no longer believe our fears. Yet, for many, the greater their compassion, the greater their despair, dejection, and disillusionment with our current world. Saying the world is an illusion and, therefore, not our responsibility is bypassing and not a path of heart. Saying that we must save the world is unwise and burns us out. Trying to find a solution doesn't work. Anyone a bit advanced has tried and failed miserably. That is the power of journeying together when we already know these things through experience and wisdom. We sit together in the holy place of uncertainty and no solutions and see what love and wisdom allow to uniquely emerge in each and every one of us. They recognize that spirituality won't solve problems; instead, they have the courage to confront them with an open heart. They understand that an Open Heart, without the Sword of Truth, leads to burnout, chaos, and suffering. The advanced practitioner directly knows Oneness with all things but is still working out the remnants of blind spots and separation that exist, not as a problem but as part of the journey.
