Patreon Campaign:   / palamedes   Builder ID Number: 41638 In this video I go over a mistake that I made when I used my machine counter sink tool and it was set to cut way too deep... and I cut with it.. Wooops. Then I talk to my leak test technique and go over the leak I currently have in my second tank. My first tank is 99% sealed. After 48 hours the balloon did deflate a tiny bit so it's got a small leak most likely around the fuel sender. I can't find any bubbles though when I use soap, so I just need to apply proseal to those screws (which I haven't done yet.) I then start working on the flaps which requires me to create some holders. Instead of trying to do that by hand I am using my CNC machine to create the holders. And then I got the call!! Fuselage delivery day is here.. I head over to my fathers house and help the driver unload the crate from the truck directly to my trailer. It was an adventure because the crate is huge! I drove it back to the hangar and began the unloading / unpacking process. Before you ask; I had it delivered to my fathers in TN house to avoid paying the 10% ad valorem tax that GA has decided to slap on to plane parts. (Then you get taxed again when you register it, as I understand.. ugh) oh and tiny baby deer!
