This was a crazy jump session, I started out with some low rim dunks, and ended it with testing my vertical. For the first hour and twenty minutes, there were other people in the gym so unfortunately I didn’t have the opportunity to film, but I hit a TON of Eastbays, and also my first ever snake dunk!! Then I got to record my dunks for about ten minutes, I hit a ton of really nice power dunks. I was already jumping a bit lower than in the beginning, so I was struggling to hit Eastbays, but I still had some solid attempts. Then I had to stop dunking, because there was a Futsal game being played, so I had to go up to the cafeteria and jump with my Vert Trainer. I started out kinda bad, but eventually built up to hitting a 30” vertical, which ties my PR, and remember, when I did that jump I had literally been jumping for two and a half hours!! At the time I was in the first day of week 3 in my training cycle, which means fatigue was really high, and I was already feeling sore from my lift that I did the day before. I feel like I jumped absurdly well compared to the circumstances, so I really hope I’m gonna be able to PR my vert when I deload! Session date: 12/7/2025 I started dunking in November 2024, my ultimate goal is to become a pro dunker! On this channel I will document my journey, to getting a higher vertical jump, hitting sick dunks, and becoming a pro dunker!
