The foamed concrete mixing plant SBM-8 from GERTEC is a mixing plant developed especially for the continuous production of light foamed concretes. The mixing plant has an integrated foam generator and, depending on the features, is equipped with its own compressed air supply and water pressure enhancer. The innovative mixing system allows for the production of ultra-lightweight and light foamed concretes at top quality grades, and that in a reproducible manner. The unique foamed concrete mixer ingeniously mixes a binding agent glue (e.g. cement slurry), previously prepared by colloidal process, with a continuously produced fine-pore foam (e.g. surfactant or protein foam) into a homogeneous foamed concrete.
