Reece’s vision was for ‘The Works’ to truly enable a modular and hybrid approach to work, recognizing the role that great workplaces play in attracting and retaining great staff and reflecting Reece’s commitment to innovation. One of the ways that Reece has addressed these requirements is by installing smart locker systems throughout ‘The Works’. Beth takes up the story: ‘We’ve installed over 800 Gantner networked smart lockers across seven floors. Staff have a keycard or wristband fob that opens the lockers electronically.
