Today I am walking along the Welsh coastal path in Pembrokeshire between Stackpole and Tenby. I am continuing to test my audio and video equipment and talking about what it is like to be in your fifties and walking for physical and mental health. I discuss my blood pressure - which was 153/95 the next day. I am hoping that walking will reduce my blood pressure and keep it low. Only time will tell. Plus today, the weather plays its part. I am still developing my idea's around this channel. Happy for feedback, comments and more. As I walk along the Wales Coastal Path I hope to find freedom. This Welsh Coast Walk will start at Stackpole Quay, postcode SA715LS. Following the Pembrokeshire Coast Path I will walk to Greenala Point, on the way to Freshwater East. Then I will head along the coast until I reach Swanlake Beach, before heading to Manorbier. From there, I will find the Kings Quiot, as I walk towards Old Castle Head. Skipping past the range, I head for Shrinkle Haven beach and Church door cove. Next I head to Lydstep and finally find some sunshine whilst I stroll along the headland towards Giltar Point. The sunshine comes out finally as I walk towards Tenby.
