All you need is 1.cello sheet/cellophane paper 2.cello tape 3.ball pin Few simple steps: Your cello sheet can be whatever size you like,but its recommended that its rectangle in shape.Now hold the sheet firmly at a 3/4th part of the lenght and start rolling it as shown in the video.Also put a pin for holding the position of the cone.Then take a cello tape a put it at the tip point,at the end and also inside the cone to seal it securely.Now your cone is ready to fill in!!
