Jessie's Fund - Forest: a gentle exploration - interactive sensory music session

Our third 20 minute 'lockdown session' video for children with additional needs. Designed to cater for the processing times of sensory learners with complex needs, there is lots of everyone to enjoy! In this session we'll be exploring the forest, discovering the sounds of the birds and the trees. You can join in however you like, but you might want to have something to tap, a drum or tub, some wooden spoons, and something to shake, a salt mill/ Tupperware with rice in, or whatever else you can find around the house. You might also like to have a piece of soft fabric or a scarf to wave like the breeze, or to use for sensory stimulation and massage.
