Self judgement is its quiet companion. It lives in the hidden corners of the mind. It whispers in moments of vulnerability. It shapes our sense of worth and our ability to receive love. It influences how we show up in relationships and how we interpret the actions of others. When we explore judgement and self judgement together, we begin to see the intricate web that connects our inner world with the world around us. This exploration is not about eliminating judgement. It is about transforming our relationship with it. It is about recognizing its origins, its purpose and its impact.
