The microphone (binaural) lwas placed near enough to capture close whispers. There are visual art triggers, as well as drawing sounds and page flipping. ASMR is the phenomenon of mental euphoria and relaxation upon hearing certain sounds or visual stimuli. For some it creates “head tingles” and for others it helps with sleep deprivation. It stands for autonomous sensory meridian response.
