[Link in description] I have to admit, I was tempted to add this trumpet to my personal collection! This is a really cool horn with a unique configuration. We're selling it on consignment and it won't be around for long! This horn has a Callet Sima bell, leadpipe, and tuning slide, all manufactured by Kanstul. It also has Saturn water keys, and an underslung third valve slide. This horn has been optimized by Jim Becker at Osmun Music, with their blueprinting service and precision valve alignment. The valve block is a Meinlschmidt MAW block; valve compression is awesome. The brushed lacquer looks fantastic. The mouthpiece receiver has been replaced with the Harrleson adjustable gap system. I prefer it with a larger gap and larger Venturi, but there are 27 different inserts for you to choose from as you dial it in to your own preferences. The Sima was originally a medium bore design, although this one has a medium-large Meinlschmidt block. The responsiveness of this horn is excellent. I find that the medium-large MAW blocks have more crispness to the articulation than the large bore MAW blocks. Intonation is very even. The Sima bell has nice spin and sparkle.
